2014 Precious Metals Summit Colorado
September 9–11, 2014 | Park Hyatt Beaver Creek
The 4th Annual Precious Metals Summit Colorado in Beaver Creek was another stellar success and set new attendance records in all categories! Despite anemic prices for precious metals generally and weak share performance overall, the mood at this event was buoyant. The Summit showcased a record number of 104 carefully selected explorers, developers, and emerging producers with projects around the world.
The 2014 Colorado Summit brought together:
- 522 delegates in total
- 198 buy-side delegates (including Corporate Development executives from 22 senior and mid-tier companies)
- 75 sell-side and sponsor representatives from some of the most significant financial institutions that cover the junior sector
- Executives from 104 presenting companies.
We also set another new record for the number of 1-on-1 meetings. Over 2,300 1-on-1 meetings took place during the Summit, a significant increase over last year. More than 2,000 viewers logged onto the live webcast, which has received over 8,000 hits to date.
Our Keynote Presentation featured Rick Rule, Chairman of Sprott US Holdings, Inc. in conversation with Brent Cook, publisher of Exploration Insights and renowned geologist and exploration analyst.
We’d like to express our thanks to all of our 2014 Colorado Summit Sponsors whose generous support and participation were key to the success of this event.
We look forward to returning to beautiful Beaver Creek, Colorado for next year’s 5th Annual Precious Metals Summit, September 16-18, 2015.
